If I Place an order today when will I receive it?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1- 2 working days.  We offer different delivary options to ensure we get your order to you in time.  If you need advice on delivary please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I collect my order from you?

You are welcome to collect your order from our dispatch centre but please be aware we do not have a showroom so you will need to place your order online first then select collect in person on the payment screen.

Do you offer a Saturday delivary service?

Aslong as the order is placed before 1pm on the Friday and the items are available, a Saturday delivary can be arranged however this service would incur additional costs.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us.  If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the products you purchase then as long as they are un-used and within there original packaging you can return them to us for a refund within 28 days.  When returning please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact number and order reference number.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONALISED ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY.

Are the foil balloons delivered filled with helium?

No, they are not supplied filled with helium, however we do stock helium canisters for you to purchase.

How long do helium balloons last?

Latex balloons when filled with helium should last upto 7 hours however foil balloons last alot longer.

Can I open an account?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service at this moment in time to individual customers.
